Bob is one of the greatest people I've ever had the pleasure of working with in any regard. He was completely professional but also very amiable at the same time. He always does his best to make himself available to you at all times. If he will not be available, he lets you know ahead of time so you're not left guessing. One of Bob's greatest hallmarks is that he will never try to upsell you on anything. His goal is to make sure that you are 100% aware of what you are getting yourself into. He doesn't want you to make any decision that you'll later regret. He does this by pointing out things that you may have missed or by informing you of details or facts that you may not have even considered. This prevented me from making a few, potentially, ill investments. I would really like a home but would be blinded by all the pretty things that I didn't see the problems that existed, or even could have existed with said property. On the flip side, if you do not like a home, he will not try to convince you otherwise. Your word is key and he makes is known that he works for you; not the other way around. He will never rush you. He will never try and shove listings in your face or convince you to do something you are not comfortable with. I could sit here all day and say every nice thing there is to say about Bob, but I really recommend that you give him your business so you can experience it for yourself. He makes it so easy and enjoyable which sounds impossible but he manages. If he is still doing business when I go to sell, I will give him my business without a second thought and so should you.
