From day 1 of contacting Robert he was sensational. He explains everything where we could understand and he's so thorough. No matter when I called he was always there. Never ever did he seem annoyed with me. He knows his job very well. He explains every detail in full If I would ever move again Bob will be sought out by us that's for sure. Thank you Bob for every Rosemary W
