I am happy to give a testimonial for Robert Simone. I can't imagine a more thorough realtor than Mr. Simone. He went over all the papers with me to be sure that I understood them all and that was most helpful to me since this was my first experience with selling a house by myself. He went to the house that I was selling to put the lock-box in place every morning and took it off every night. While he was at the house, he checked everything to make sure that it was secure. The house-selling was made easy for me because of Mr. Simone's diligence and perseverance. I can't thank him enough for all the hard work that he put in .
