Miles is great to work with. He's always on top of things about your listing and can even explain about estople fees, or anything concerning the business end of the real estate mysteries.

Miles was great help. My purchase was unfortunately interrupted by the owners death. Miles had to work with the heirs to guide the purchase forward through the probate process and kept me in the loop. He even worked out a preclosing occupancy deal with the heirs and that helped me greatly. He is a good man, Thanks Miles.

Miles was such a great Representative on my recent home purchase, that I asked him to be my sales Representative for the sale of my previous home.

Miles was professional, friendly and always answered our questions no matter how basic or how difficult. He went way beyond our expectations utilizing his years of experience and market knowledge. Miles Patterson is a terrific realtor.

I recently relocated to Alachua County from Vero Beach and was very fortunate to have found Miles Patterson to be my Real Estate Agent. This was a very important move for me — not just another house, but the last home I plan to live in. From our first meeting, Miles was patient, kind, incredibly knowledgeable and was by my side throughout the entire process. He never rushed me, always listened, and made sure I understood every step along the way. What impressed me most was his deep knowledge of the area and of building construction. He pointed out things I would never have thought to ask about, and always had my best interests in mind. It gave me great peace of mind knowing I was making informed decisions, especially at this stage of my life. Miles was conscientious, always on time, and made me feel like I was a priority. Thanks to his help, I found a home that is not only comfortable and safe, but also a place where I truly feel at peace. I will be forever grateful for Miles’ help and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone, especially those who may need extra care and support during such an important life transition.

Miles was invaluable in helping me through the home buying process. He was always available for questions and very knowledgeable about all things real estate.

Miles was excellent to work with! He was very helpful quiding us through the process. Our sale involved 4 sisters. He was so patient and kind helping us navigate through all the steps and paperwork. As we all live out of the area, He went above and beyond for some things we needed done. I highly recommend Miles for your real estate needs!!!

Miles would receive 5 stars+! From beginning to end of choosing him to be our realtor!, he was very personable. He created a relaxed environment and he was thorough about all of what we had to do. He always answered our questions and comments immediately. Sometimes we were in communication with him after 10 pm. He went above and beyond any issues that came up. He had several issues he took care of since we weren’t able to be present at the house. Miles was a fantastic, knowledgeable, helpful, and caring realtor! Besides being so thorough, he was genuinely a caring person who wanted the best for us! Our house sold within 6 days. WOW! 🤗 👏 😀

My experience with Miles Patterson as a Real Estate Agent has been excellent. At the beginning of July 2024, I closed on a home. Miles Patterson was my realtor who patiently assisted me to find the perfect home for my taste. Once I found the home that I liked, Miles helped me throughout the process by providing me with a timeline that described the events that would follow. Even through some hiccups before closing, Miles stood by me as a buyer and years ago as a seller. In 2017, Miles helped me list a home that I was selling. He went the extra mile to give me counsel on how to stage the house for sale, as well as having his sister-in-law come to the house to help. She was truly pleasant and took the task to heart. The house was beautiful after her work. The house listed for sale a day or two after listing, and I already had an offer. It took about a month for the whole process to be completed. Thank you, Miles, for your patience, kindness, and integrity. I endorse Miles as a conscientious realtor for all real estate needs. I am thankful for realtors like Miles Patterson who take the time to be true to their profession, and also to be a beacon of light in their community. Thanks Miles and keep up the great work.
