I recently relocated to Alachua County from Vero Beach and was very fortunate to have found Miles Patterson to be my Real Estate Agent. This was a very important move for me — not just another house, but the last home I plan to live in. From our first meeting, Miles was patient, kind, incredibly knowledgeable and was by my side throughout the entire process. He never rushed me, always listened, and made sure I understood every step along the way. What impressed me most was his deep knowledge of the area and of building construction. He pointed out things I would never have thought to ask about, and always had my best interests in mind. It gave me great peace of mind knowing I was making informed decisions, especially at this stage of my life. Miles was conscientious, always on time, and made me feel like I was a priority. Thanks to his help, I found a home that is not only comfortable and safe, but also a place where I truly feel at peace. I will be forever grateful for Miles’ help and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone, especially those who may need extra care and support during such an important life transition.
