My experience with Miles Patterson as a Real Estate Agent has been excellent. At the beginning of July 2024, I closed on a home. Miles Patterson was my realtor who patiently assisted me to find the perfect home for my taste. Once I found the home that I liked, Miles helped me throughout the process by providing me with a timeline that described the events that would follow. Even through some hiccups before closing, Miles stood by me as a buyer and years ago as a seller. In 2017, Miles helped me list a home that I was selling. He went the extra mile to give me counsel on how to stage the house for sale, as well as having his sister-in-law come to the house to help. She was truly pleasant and took the task to heart. The house was beautiful after her work. The house listed for sale a day or two after listing, and I already had an offer. It took about a month for the whole process to be completed. Thank you, Miles, for your patience, kindness, and integrity. I endorse Miles as a conscientious realtor for all real estate needs. I am thankful for realtors like Miles Patterson who take the time to be true to their profession, and also to be a beacon of light in their community. Thanks Miles and keep up the great work.
