She was professional, and as accommodating as she could be every step of the way. Even during her initial interview, she was completely understanding of our evening schedule with 2 young children, and she did the impossible! We asked her to limit her interview to about 30 minutes, which she did! All this while my eldest hurled paper air planes toward her and my youngest cooed or cried intermittently. When she explained the advantages of her company, I was excited to work with her, and she was confident that we could get great buyers within the first two weeks. She was right. We had never put our house on the market before, and she went above and beyond all expectations. She helped us every way she could, always being understanding of our young children and busy schedule. She has a great network of professionals, and responds to communication immediately. She is a savvy negotiator and after only a few days of showing the house, we received multiple offers, all of which were good. Unfortunately, we had to withdraw our listing due to extenuating circumstances, otherwise we certainly would have sold our home in a very short time. Madeleine, thank you for all you do.
