It was a privilege to work with Madeleine. She was very professional, gave us great advice on what improvements to make to maximize the attractiveness of our property to potential buyers. She followed up and responded quickly to any questions, or documents that needed to be addressed. She made this a very seamless, painless process with us being informed every step of the way. On top of all that, she was fun to work with and showed appreciation for us as her clients. I have been involved many real estate transactions in my lifetime and Madeleine is the best I have ever worked with!!
