She helped us when we were ready to buy our first house. She took note of all of our requirements and also made some valuable suggestions. After couple of years, she helped us sell the same house and upgrade to a bigger better house. This time the process didn't take anytime as she already knew what we wanted and worked with our budget. Couple of years down the line she helped us rent out the same house, and found a new home for us! Again as expected it didn't take long, as she already knew what we wanted. The best part about Madeleine is that she listens to her client's needs and never try to impose any of her decisions. She is very patient and resourceful as well. She is always available to answer any questions. She is super nice and very friendly to work with. Overall we are very happy with our experience with Madeleine and would recommend her to all our friends and family!
