He also did a great job coordinating with his colleagues whenever he wasn’t available for a showing, so there was never any loss of momentum. Once we selected tenants, Mackenzie was extremely diligent in managing the process through closing, getting the lease signed promptly and making sure I had all the necessary documentation and financial guarantees to feel confident in the tenants. Overall, he was reliable, proactive, and very easy to work with.

Mackenzie was a life saver! My girlfriend and I were in emergency need of finding a new apartment.
