Mackenzie was a life saver! My girlfriend and I were in emergency need of finding a new apartment. Originally, we had a different broker lined up to work with us who cancelled an hour before our showing. We were already in the city and knew of one apartment we liked which was one Mackenzie manages. We called him last min asking if he was available. He dropped everything to meet us at this apartment and give us a tour, as well as touring multiple other apartments. Ultimately, we signed on the first apartment we saw with Mackenzie. He was super informative on the NYC rental process and was always very genuine and honest. He always had answers to our questions and was incredibly easy to reach. Lastly, he is a very kind person and it felt like working with a friend. We really appreciated Mackenzie’s help and if we ever need to search for another apartment we will be reaching out.
