Julie is the best of the best she has been in the real estate business for a long time If you needed or asked her something and she could not answer you on the spot I have to say we never waited long for her to get back to us. She sold us our place in 2001 when we first walked into the real estate office we and met Julie we told her we had no experience that this was our first time buying a home. Some people told us we should not have told her that.It was a bad move We can happily say it was our best move because from that moment on she took care of us like we were part of her family. Most of all Julie is trustworthy, honest and fair. We were living in New York at the time we bought our place and she was so helpful suggesting people and companies who could help us with different projects. Because we were not in Ca she would stop by and make sure the projects were getting done that certainly was not part of her job At the time she was not finding tentants for homeowners. I would not know where to begin. Julie represented us in both the sale of our home, and the purchase of a new one. The timing of both transactions was absolutely critical in being able to pull of a very complex move. While many agents could have done the deal, and left it to us to navigate the dicey waters of the the process...she was with us every step of the way.
