This was my thank you letter to Julie. I hope she won't mind I share it but it truly speaks to the experience we had with her. I called it Mission Impossible – listing and selling in 30 days - including packing up and moving - a family of 5 with 2 dogs. It was daunting. A huge task all the way around. But with an intelligent plan, SUPER responsive communication, she pulled it off... Dear Julie, We have completed our move from Derby Downs Court just before midnight tonight. It was a huge accomplishment on ALL of our behalves to shoot for the moon and hope to catch a star! And we did just that, with the speed of light, all men, women, and children aboard, we accomplished the near impossible - Mission Impossible! No easy task, that's for sure. Yet with the eye on the goal, our family worked tirelessly to execute the plan you prepared and were rewarded with the result you ultimately delivered!! Thank you for your honest and solid approach, your solution oriented skills, your responsive and respectful communication, your balancing act during negotions, and your grace throughout the entire process.
