We cannot praise Monica enough with our two Pacific Highlands Ranch transactions this year! She walked us through every step of the process making it stress-free! To boot, she even helped us stage our home in preparation for the sale. She even rolled up her sleeves and assisted us with the prepping of our house before going on the market. For the purchase of our new home in PHR, she provided us with excellent resources from home inspector to subcontractors and she was there every step of the way making the process absolutely seamless! Monica knows the PHR market inside and out as she too, has a vested interest in this amazing community. She is a strong businesswoman of integrity and honesty, whom you can trust, and is a great communicator. It was truly an honor to work with such an outstanding Realtor and friend. 5 stars!

I have known Monica Sylvester for over 8 years and had the pleasure of having her represent me on the sale of my home in Pacific Highlands Ranch as well as the purchase of my new residence this year. Throughout it all, she demonstrated her unparalleled commitment to us, the utmost in integrity and loyalty, incredible patience and the wisdom of a true professional in this line of work. She is the most ethical, honest, tenacious, and hard working Realtor there is. She cares about all of her clients, and always wants to do the best job she can for them. She knows Pacific Highlands Ranch market inside and out and excels in whatever she does. You too will be blessed to have her. It is a privilege to call her a friend.

Having exhausted every avenue for finding a new rental when our current PHR rental home went up for sale, we turned to Monica at the encouragement of a close friend who has lived in PHR from its beginning. Monica was tireless in her efforts to help us secure a new rental before our current lease expired. My husband and I were amazed at her responsiveness and attention to detail when we looking to lease a new property. Through all phases of the process from looking to signing a completed lease, Monica exceeded our every expectation. And when we are ready to buy again in a year or two, she will be the first person we contact.

Jennifer is definitely the #1 expert at the Hard Rock San Diego! She knows all of the floorplans, amenities, and operations as well as all the people involved, so we were confident in choosing the right unit amongst many listed for sale. It was a unique opportunity and we were so grateful for her knowledge and guidance in completing a quick escrow. Thanks!

Monica’s expertise literally changed my life. I was in a rush to buy and instead of giving in to my misguided analysis, she talked sense into me, while still allowing me to feel heard. Monica even put me in touch with an amazing mortgage broker (Moose Mau of C2) that locked into an amazing rate and closed in under 30 days. I am now in a beautiful home with my kids and a yard, happy as can be. Were it not for Monica’s communicativeness, respect for her client but also keeping it real—I wouldn't be in the chapter of life I am now. Thank you so much Monica!

Monica is a true pro at her craft. Brings tribal knowledge on all neighborhoods given her roots in San Diego. She is NOT trying to just close a transactional deal. She is truly trying to find the right long-term experience for the customer. Her hi-touch approach, optimistic service orientation, operational excellence and her active listening sets her apart from the pack. We are grateful for all her help.

I want to thank you for the great job you did selling our home. Your advice and guidance was outstanding and greatly appreciated. Roy

"Cornelia did a fabulous job for us selling our downtown condo. She pursued multiple avenues to market and highlight our property. She made all the difference in a tough market. Always available to answer any questions and we found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful at every step of our sale. A true professional."

Working with Brenda was such a great experience! As first-time home buyers, having an empathetic and patient agent made a huge difference in how comfortable and confident we were with our decisions. Brenda took her time to make sure that we understood each step of the process. She read through every line of confusing legal documents with us, and gave us some honest opinions and insights about the properties we were seeing. All of Brenda's efforts made this otherwise stressful and overwhelming endeavor a fun and creative undertaking throughout which my wife and I could focus on each other, and our future. We will never forget the first phone meeting we had with Brenda where she asked us to repeat after her, "It's impossible to annoy Brenda with questions!" as she instructed us to call or text her anytime. Brenda's kind guidance throughout this journey made all the difference in the world, and we cannot recommend her highly enough!
