I just bought a house in Burlingame. Fabiane was my agent represented me as a buyer. Prior to purchasing the house, she listened to what I was looking for, selected the properties based on those criteria, and made herself available during the week and weekdays to give me a tour of the properties. She was always prompt in responding to emails and phone calls even very late in the evening. She is a great listener, and a great negotiator and watches out for the client's best interest. She did not stop her support after the purchase was completed. She continued providing stellar service until I was able to rent the property. Fabiane is very easy to work with as an agent who was patient enough during our purchasing process. The kind of house we wanted wasn’t very clear at the beginning and she listened to our needs and tried to find the most suitable ones for us to tour. Whenever new houses were available, she would promptly let us know. During the search, she was very accommodating with our requests and schedules. She was also very helpful after the purchase was completed, by recommending different kinds of architects and contractors, and helped us contact the original architect, in the end, we felt that she cared and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase.
