Fabiane is an awesome realtor! We have been in touch with her before we moved from Minneapolis to the Bay Area. She has been extremely resourceful in recommending rentals for us while we look for a home that would meet our family's requirements. Throughout the process, she has been honest, transparent, and guided us to take our time during any decision points. Fabiane handled us as a family very well when my wife and I had differences in rating the homes we walked through. Her network goes beyond just selling and buying homes, so you can always depend on her if you have any questions - Fabiane recommended mortgage consultants, contractors, and other service providers as needed for us. With her experience, we were able to close on a home that we really loved and could not have done it without her guidance.
