We had the pleasure of working with Fabiane Maluchnik for the sale of our house. We first reached out to Fabiane in 2017, by way of a recommendation, at which time she graciously helped us. Due to circumstances, we deferred the sale of our home for several years. Yet, fast forward to 2024, Fabiane picked up where we left off.
The entire process of working with Fabiane, from our first meeting to the final transaction, was entirely smooth and extremely personable. Although we were living outside of the country, we could easily reach Fabiane, and she kept us informed on every critical detail in a prompt, informative, and courteous manner. Furthermore, she was simply outstanding in the negotiating process to help us get the best value in light of the changing market dynamics.
Fabiane was hands-on! She efficiently and cost effectively dealt with all of the related processes, such as cleaning up the house, arranging for inspection, recommending what needed to be repaired or changed and what could be left as is, setting up an Open House, advertising, getting documents signed remotely, and she gave us many choices regarding selling strategy.
We highly recommend Fabiane Maluchnik, and her supports from Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty.
