If it were possible to give higher than a 10 recommendation to Edwin I would. I would easily give him a 100 any day of the week, because that is the tier of service he gave to me. 100% top tier service. Edwin was a big help overall in the selling, as well as buying, of my old and new home. He even helped us to purchase a new home during that year as well, before even listing the old home, and was very communicative and informational throughout every step. I don’t know much about Coldwell Banker, but I do know about Edwin Castaneda and working with him was a great experience.
