Responsive, great service

I have purchased five homes, and she stands head and shoulders above every other realtor I have worked with. Her communication, attention to detail, and dedication to us (wife) were outstanding from start to finish. She was prompt, responsive, and always willing to go above and beyond. She pointed out items we had overlooked, followed up on inspection issues, and kept us informed throughout the process. Knowing we were traveling five hours for closing, she even followed up with the attorney’s office to make sure everything would be ready when we arrived. That kind of thoughtfulness made a real difference. What impressed us most was how much she cared about getting things right for us. We felt supported and confident knowing she was looking out for our best interests every step of the way. Five stars hardly seem enough. I moved to NC from VA. LaDonna was truly my eyes and ears throughout the whole process. She went as far as taking photos and videos of the home being built. She understood the contract catching deadlines that I otherwise would have.missed. LaDonna also ensured the project manager supplied an engineering report to prove a suggested fix was done. She is a blessing and a joy to work with. Excellent Realtor!
