I don’t know much about Coldwell Banker, but I do know about Edwin Castaneda and working with him was a great experience. From the start, he had our needs in mind at all times and took everything we gave him and ran with it. He made himself available for us on whim whether it was to go look at houses or once we finally went under contract on a house, to go and see the progress (which was quite often). If Edwin didn’t know the answer to a question we had, he took notes and got us an answer as soon as he could. Many thanks to you good sir for all of the help and guidance you provided. We would definitely go down the home buying road again with him.
