Not sure about Berkshire Hathaway and a recommendation, but if Cherish Smith is Berkshire Hathaway, then that's a 10/10. From a buyers perspective, there are dozens if not hundreds of choices when searching for a real estate agent. Online services pair an agent with you regardless when you simply ask a question about a property. Finding one that takes time to listen, understand what you are looking for, filter noise, and coordinate a closing is not an easy task. Cherish Smith brings the 10 out of 10 to Berkshire.

Berkshire was great but the star of the transaction was my realtor, Cherish Smith. I honestly don’t have the words to describe her incredible knowledge base, attention to detail, and responsiveness. I might add that the entire offer portion of the transaction was amidst a family tragedy she was enduring. She was simply amazing and I would recommend her 10/10 times moving forward!
