Cherish Pamela Smith was our realtor and we couldn’t have done it without such an intelligent agent who was on top of the market and knew how to guide us every step of the way. Cherish would’ve had ours sold in the first few weeks but for a seller whose financing fell through right before close after a lender’s deep dive into their financial history abroad. Cherish had us back on the market with staging and new photos in no time, at a price point that would work for us and get the job done at the same time - and she did it! Cherish brought us two offers at once, one for asking price and one all cash offer. When we buy again, we will definitely put our trust into Cherish’s hands at Berkshire Hathaway!!! Sincerely, Pamela Deaver
