Cherish Smith was an awesome realtor. She was available 24/7 to answer questions and help me through the selling process. As a realtor she had so much knowledge and helpful suggestions that helped me achieve a high dollar amount for our property. A true delight. I would recommend her and have recommended her to other people looking to sell. I rate Cherish Smith a 5 star realtor.
