I went to Austin on purpose. He and his family are friends, but more importantly, I knew that he knew the ins and outs of the VA loan process, which was how I was buying a home. We found a house almost immediately and recognized it as one the VA would approve. We pounced on it, and Austin worked with Veterans United to guide me through the process - which was a resounding success! The communication was great. I can't say I was the best client, but Austin was great at identifying barriers and getting me to work on them as things progressed. I am in my new home, and would recommend Austin to anyone, particularly folks who are going through the VA loan process.

Austin also went to bat for us a few times with the lenders to make sure things got straightened out, and we really appreciated that. Austin Blacker definitely went above and beyond what we could have hoped for in a real estate agent. Our expectations were high and Austin was so knowledgeable he understood what we needed to do and when to do it. He was always available to answer any question we had (and we had many) and successfully guided us in the right direction. We sold our house quickly; faster than expected. Selling, buying, and moving your household can be very stressful, but Austin made us feel comfortable through the entire process.
