We chose "The Silver Team" after searching through the internet while in need of selling an older home on Buffalo Lake in Montello and worked exclusively with Debbie on the project. We had an approximate value and Debbie was spot on with her estimate as well and very professional throughout the journey. Great photos and a great write up of the property was online in a few short days after our first call and even on Zillow the same day. We didn't sell instantly which is a good tell that we weren't undervalued but within a couple short months the deal was completed and went perfectly.
