I worked with Alison to sell our home in Stafford. She started off not promising a price, only a time line. She knew the market very well, but still needed to do research on our area and particular townhouse. I appreciative that she did not oversell anything. She did a lot of up front work and put together an awesome packet for us. It had all the market research on the area, comparable homes and square footage, the strategy they would use to sell the home. Even the timelines were there for staging, listing, etc. It was a very large packet but literally answered any question I had. There was so much thought in the packet and she asked for my feedback, so it shows she is continuously looking to better her product. She was very easy to work with, everyone I interacted with the company was very professional, motivated and very experienced. They are definitely a very experienced crew. This was only our third home and second one that we have sold so take that experience as you will.
