Alison is the best Realtor I have ever worked with. She went way above and beyond to find my son an awesome apartment in Arlington. She was indespensable as far as her knowledge of the area and narrowing down a great location for his commute to Maryland with wonderful amenities. She helped negotiate terms with the condo owner and represented us in person as we lived in Michigan. Alison provided life tours when needed. I had never even visited the area and she listened to my questions and concerns Even though it was a very small commission, she treated us like we were buying a million dollar home.
