I recently had the pleasure of working with Alison Beach as she successfully rented my townhome (3 Bed, 3.5Bath) in Alexandria, VA to a wonderful couple. I have come to know Alison’s dedicated work ethic over several years and her natural inclination to exceed expectations is exactly why I continue to seek her expert services; I trust her implicitly. Prior to putting my rental on the market, Alison does the critical analysis that helped me better understand the health of the rental market, the sweet spot for advertising, and the all-important price point. Her expertise is second-to-none and her feel for market conditions is clearly data driven which I like…and balanced with her years of experience. She always invites questions to ensure we are aligned moving forward. My experience with her feels like a partnership not just a client. Once my rental property was listed, her prediction of a quick rental was spot on. Within 3-5 days it rented for $300 above asking and 2 years beyond my lease term goal…WOW! In addition to finding a fantastic renter, I now had several tasks to complete to ensure my rental was ready for the next family; replace carpets, paint/patch walls, refresh the landscape, and basic fixes around the home. Challenge: I simply did not have the contacts to hire reputable contractors and Alison jumped into action after I expressed my concern…not because she had to (her job was technically done), but because she sincerely cared about my entire experience. I had 2 weeks before my tenants moved in, and Alison used her very own network of contractors to coordinate my tight timelines and essentially alleviated the mountain of stress I briefly endured. Alison, thank you so much for making my experience with you and your team refreshing. As busy as you are, you made time for me and then went above and beyond to not only help me find outstanding tenants, but transition my home successfully from old tenant to new tenant. I imagine setbacks are part of working in dynamic real-estate markets with a variety of demanding customers, but I can’t think of any setbacks in our experience…and that’s all because of YOU. You make any challenges look easy. THANK YOU. Very Respectfully, Khalim
