Elaine Garrett was FANTASTIC !!! Elaine guided us through the entire process in searching for our Dream Beach Condo. She went above and beyond all of our expectations often spending a lot of time showing us different locations via Facetime walk-throughs. Once we decided on the Property we purchased she has continued to help guide us through with items such as Insurance Companies, remodeling contractors and anything else we may need for our future in Myrtle Beach. Elaine was fantastic. Always accommodating and willing to help. Never pushy. Very respectful and kind. Detail oriented which was very much appreciated especially prior to closing to ensure all aspects were correct (amount of funds/money, all forms were signed with "informed consent", etc).
