Elaine Garrett was FANTASTIC !!! Elaine guided us through the entire process in searching for our Dream Beach Condo. She went above and beyond all of our expectations often spending a lot of time showing us different locations via Facetime walk-throughs. Once we decided on the Property we purchased she has continued to help guide us through with items such as Insurance Companies, remodeling contractors and anything else we may need for our future in Myrtle Beach. I would definetly recommend Elaine Garrett and Coldwell Banker to any of my friends and colleagues that are looking for their Dream Home. My wife and I believe we not only found a Great Realtor but also a person we can call a Friend !!! Thanks Elaine !
