Kat worked hard to get my home sold. She continually monitored market conditions and reached out for input from groups that viewed the home. Kat was willing to put in the extra effort and time to get the home sold and make the customer happy.

Kat was AMAZING!! She is kind, competent and never stopped working for us throughout the process. There are so many choices when it comes to real estate professionals…rest assured, if you choose Kat you won’t regret it!!

I have to say once again, Caryn and her team, did an amazing job with the sale of our home and purchasing another. From the coaching of what to actually do for improvements before listing, making it more desirable and marketable in a midpoint market, to suggestions on contractors to expedite the process. I never felt pressure. As we all know life happens and Caryn has a wonderful, compassionate heart and soul. She gets things going and taken care of. So many friends asked if we had a realtor, wow, do we have a realtor. Caryn and team are top notch with the utmost integrity and moral compass of anyone I know. I don't know where she gets her positive energy but it is really exciting and amazing. We had such a special neighborhood and got 11 offers in one day. Thank you Caryn, Natalie and Kentwood team for all your expertise.

Jeff VanDerhule is the best agent I’ve ever worked with. He listed and sold my house in a very turbulent market but still managed to get me a very good price and a fast closing. But this is just the way he does business. He takes care of his clients, making sure that every detail is taken care of, from hiring stagers to getting the windows washed before the open house. Jeff went above and beyond at every turn of the transaction. He is simply the best. He even helped me with my purchase in another state since I didn’t have the best representation. He literally helped get the deal done, even chasing down the keys to the property after closing. Whether you are looking to sell or buy, hire him. You won’t be sorry. He’s THE BEST!

Mitch was so great to work with. He was patient and super helpful in our year long (plus!) search for our house. His guidance was spot on, all the way to closing. We've bought and sold several homes, and our experience with Mitch was the best!

Allison was such a lovely realtor to work with from start to finish. She was very communicative, explained things thoroughly, and guided us through the process expertly. I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends or family who were looking to sell or buy their house.

Julie Winger is an exceptional relator. Her experience and acumen in Denver's real estate market is only surpassed by her ability to listen and effectively collaborate with her clients. We always felt our voice and our goals were heard and part of Julie's strategy. I would highly recommend Julie as the realtor of choice in Denver. She delivers!

Greg you are unbelievably amazing and we were grateful to have you as our realtor. The patience and thoroughness you had throughout our entire process was truly comforting. It was a big move for us and you made everything seamless, and though it was a long road, you found us our forever home! You started out as our realtor, but I am honored to say you are a friend of ours now. Thank you so much!

We had a great experience working with the John. Communication was clear and he was responsive throughout the process. Everything was handled professionally from listing through closing.

Chris is the ultimate professional. He informed us along every step through the process. He kept us on track and made the entire process smooth. He answered every question we had and was always timely getting back to us. We highly recommend Chris if you are thinking of buying our selling your home We have used him for both.
