Bob did an outstanding job in representing our sale of townhouse. His communications and timely responses allowed the transaction to be completed on a timely basis. Professional and extremely knowledgeable on real estate transactions.

We have found Bob Kelly to be an exceptional realtor and person. The services he offered were highly professional and highly skilled. It took years for us to find our house and he stuck with us without pressure and was always available to educate us about the complexities of the real estate market. We highly recommend him and deeply appreciate him both as a professional and person with integrity and genuine care. He has our highest regard.

We were so happy to have worked with Bob and the Kentwood team. He was incredible for minute 1. We could tell he had his eye on every detail that would help us through the home sale process to be successful, yet at no point did we feel anything but extreme comfort working with him. He let us drive the decisions while guiding with his counsel and advice perfectly. The entire process was a wonderful experience and it was all thanks to Bob. We know we sold as fast as we did because he was in our corner.

When we decided to sell our house we chose Bob Kelly to be our agent and are so glad that we did. He is the epitome of a professional and an expert in his field. He easily responded to every question we raised and gave us great advice as he guided us through the process. When we received the inspection results Bob closely reviewed each item with us and offered solid advice on how to address them. He did an excellent job of keeping us informed at every step, listened closely to any concerns we had and carefully explained our options. We knew we were in good hands as Bob consistently protected our best interests. We highly recommend Bob to anyone in need of an excellent real estate agent!
