Kendall is nothing short of amazing. Quick background on our journey to sell. We put our condo up for sale in July of 2025 with a different realtor. We were told how slow the market was in the Denver area. We dropped our asking price three different times, with no interest from buyers. We decided to put our condo up for rent in September of 2025.
