Wendy was very responsive and ensured we had a smooth transaction. She brokered a fair deal in just a week so we were pleased with the service. She served as both the buyer and sellers agent which was clean for the most part however if she had served in just a buyers agent position for us there may have been some additional push back on the seller that could have been achieved.
