We really enjoyed working with Wayne and would work with him again. Our home buying process took longer than expected, but Wayne was very helpful and proactive, visiting houses for us when we weren’t able to visit in-person and going the extra mile to check into details that other agents would pass over.

We really enjoyed working with Wayne and would happily work with him again. Our homebuying process took longer than expected, but Wayne was very proactive and helpful, visiting properties for us when we were not able to visit in person and checking details that most realtors would pass over. We highly recommend him.

Wayne is professional, affable, and proactively communicates. At no point in the process did I wonder if I knew everything I needed to know to make a confident decision. We could tell immediately that Wayne was working on behalf of our best interest.

Wayne has been a wonderful guide as we navigated through purchasing a new home. We were in a time constraint; and I was impressed how we were able to view multiple homes, make an offer, and close within a tight deadline. Wayne's communication, keeping us in the loop at all times, and his honest guidance and feedback gave us confidence and trust in him. He made us feel as if we were his only clients. I am grateful that he was a part of this journey with us. Thank you, Wayne!

Wayne did an excellent job representing my wife and me in our search for our first house. As a highly experienced agent with excellent local knowledge, he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire home buying process. He guided us on what to look for in properties, helped us cast a vision for future upgrades, and made closing on our house super easy. We are grateful for his hard work and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Wayne is the best

Wayne was fantastic! We were able to find a home within 3 months that met all of our needs. Wayne was also very knowledgeable and made my wife and I first time home buying experience a blast.

As first-time homebuyers new to the area, my husband and I were navigating this process on our own. Wayne was an incredible guide every step of the way. He took the time to explain each stage in detail, educated us on what to look out for, and always advocated for our needs. His knowledge, patience, and dedication made this experience so much smoother and less stressful. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!

Wayne was exceptional! His knowledge and experience were a great help with all the questions we had! We felt Wayne really got to know us and helped us find and close on the best possible option for us. We regard him highly and have referred friends and family members to him for any housing market needs. You will be blessed by going with Wayne and listening to the humble wisdom he offers!!!
