Wanda was our Real-estate agent helping us (me and my wife) to find a home near, but not in, Lumberton, NC. We needed to first sell our property in Pennsylvania and a few days later close on a home in North Carolina. Wanda did two things very effectively: (1) She coordinated with our agent in PA to close on our new NC home 2 days after the sale of our PA home, and (2) she showed us a variety of homes meeting our criteria resulting in the purchase of our retirement dream home in NC.
