Our rating for Wanda is "Excellent"! Wanda was our Real-estate agent helping us (me and my wife) to find a home near, but not in, Lumberton, NC. We needed to first sell our property in Pennsylvania and a few days later close on a home in North Carolina. Wanda did two things very effectively: (1) She coordinated with our agent in PA to close on our new NC home 2 days after the sale of our PA home, and (2) she showed us a variety of homes meeting our criteria resulting in the purchase of our retirement dream home in NC. Thank you Wanda, Working with you was terrific! With warm Christian Love, Bill and Robin
