It was an absolute pleasure working with Vinny on selling the house in the Kathleen Ruffalo Estate. This was an estate with many people involved, so it was very stressful. From the very beginning, Vinny and Team Ruffalo moved fast to make sure we had the house in the best shape possible for sale. They had comps ready for us so we could make a strategic decision on the price...not just knee jerk. Selling this house with many family members involved created many headwinds, but Vinny kept us on target with our goals and handled all the paperwork needed in lightning speed! He found a qualified buyer and we sold the house quickly for more than we thought we would get for an As Is house. No detail was too small here and Vincenzo crossed every T and dotted every "i" like a pro! Thank you Thank you. If you are ever considering selling or your home, or in the market for one, there are hundreds of realtors out there but only one that will treat your home sale like it was his... Vincenzo was dedicated to ensuring that I found the right condominium for my lifestyle and at the price point we set; he was always punctual, informative, and great at letting us know exactly what each property had in terms of strengths and weaknesses. We never had any difficulty in reaching him for more information and he was always on top of getting showings scheduled on short notice.

Working with Vinny, who's also a longtime friend, was an absolute pleasure. Even with our friendship, he remained completely professional and made sure I felt supported and informed every step of the way as a first-time home buyer. Vinny never pressured me into making a decision, and he was incredibly patient as we searched for the perfect home. His expertise and guidance were invaluable, and I'm so grateful for his help in finding a place I truly love. I highly recommend Vinny to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dedicated realtor, whether you know him personally or not!

Vincenzo deserves more than 5 stars. Vincenzo made selling my house effortless. His communication was amazing. Not only does Vincenzo respond to any questions or concerns in a timely manner but he responds outside of what one would consider “normal” business hours. He made sure to make the entire process of listing my home to closing as easy as possible for me. He didn’t push me to do anything I didn’t want to do. This guy is young, hungry, and has an amazing work ethic. Polite. Courteous. Great experience.

In full disclosure, we didn't work with Vince directly rather Wendy was the primary contact on the team. Our experience was outstanding. Prompt responses expert services evidenced by a seamless transaction.

Easy to work with.

Vincenzo handled himself professionally throughout. He provided good support during the selling and buying processes. He was always available when I texted questions. I was also impressed with his recommendations (repair people, mortgages company, etc.). I would recommend him to others.

I appreciate all your help with my first investment property. Thanks for your patience and time! Tonika and Elhadgi Ndaw
