It was an absolute pleasure working with Vinny on selling the house in the Kathleen Ruffalo Estate. This was an estate with many people involved, so it was very stressful. From the very beginning, Vinny and Team Ruffalo moved fast to make sure we had the house in the best shape possible for sale. They had comps ready for us so we could make a strategic decision on the price...not just knee jerk. Selling this house with many family members involved created many headwinds, but Vinny kept us on target with our goals and handled all the paperwork needed in lightning speed! He found a qualified buyer and we sold the house quickly for more than we thought we would get for an As Is house. No detail was too small here and Vincenzo crossed every T and dotted every "i" like a pro! Thank you Thank you. If you are ever considering selling or your home, or in the market for one, there are hundreds of realtors out there but only one that will treat your home sale like it was his... Don't waste your time with others...call Shorewest and ask for Vinny! If you need more detail give me a call...Mike Chaffee
