Tyler is the best in the business

Tyler Fortman is exceptionally adept at explaining the process of selling real estate and readily answers questions with patience. He will be my first call should I need to find a buyer in the future.

Tyler was great to work with, he is honest and was prompt with all our questions and concerns during the process. Thank you Tyler!

Really nice and his communication with us was always prompt and knowledgeable.

I had a really bad experience with another realtor. After that, I called Tyler and the house is now sold. I would highly recommend Tyler Fortman to anyone selling their house (I'm sure he's just as good for a buyer). The open communication was excellent. He had some hard conversations with me that I appreciated - e.g. realistic expectations, condition of the house, buyers expectations and concerns. Everything was handled very professionally. He negotiated with a pretty tough buyer's agent and got a deal I was comfortable with and came in a few thousand above what I thought. Highly recommend!!

Tyler is great he help answer all my questions on selling my property. The whole process was made easier I felt like because of Tyler. Thank you
