I had a really bad experience with another realtor. After that, I called Tyler and the house is now sold. I would highly recommend Tyler Fortman to anyone selling their house (I'm sure he's just as good for a buyer). The open communication was excellent. He had some hard conversations with me that I appreciated - e.g. realistic expectations, condition of the house, buyers expectations and concerns. Everything was handled very professionally. He negotiated with a pretty tough buyer's agent and got a deal I was comfortable with and came in a few thousand above what I thought. Highly recommend!!
