Trish, Tori, and Stella were wonderful to work with while we found and purchased our home! We were searching for over 6 months, and they were always available and ready to help at a moments notice. When we found our home, they were able to get us the first showing the day it was available and an offer in that night! Their due-diligence and professionalism was evident as they helped us work through the mountain of inspection paperwork and they performed independent research to make sure the home was as-advertised.I can't say enough good things about Trish, Tori, and Stella!

Tori, Sydney, and Brandi were awesome to work with and help me sell my home within a quick time frame. I previously worked with Tori and RARE when buying the home and won't hesitate to do so if I relocate to the area again.

The RAREnorthwest team are amazing! They made my first home search and purchase in Seattle a breeze from start to finish. Rachel, Stella, and Brandi were attentive, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process answering every question and keeping the process moving for a quick turn around. If you're looking to buy in the Seattle area, I can't recommend them enough!

I don't know where to begin to shower our praises for Trish Coy and her team (including Sydney and Brandi). We have bought and sold our house with Trish. After the initial purchase of our house 8 years ago, there was no question as to who we would turn to to manage the sale of the property.Eight years ago, the market was CRAZY with houses lasting only hours and going for outrageous amounts over asking. My husband and I came from So California (thus understanding the market) with the goal of finding a house that weekend. We actually DID find a house that checked all of the boxes. I said- Trish, make this happen. With a carefully crafted offer (not outrageous over asking) she landed the deal.Trish remained in contact over the 8 years with referrals for painters, flooring, and contractors. Now selling in a flat market, again, Trish to the rescue with strategies that landed us EIGHT offers within the first few days. She prepared spreadsheets and walked us through everything.I will not only miss Trish as an agent but feel I moved out of state from a friend. She is attentive, responsive and most importantly very transparent with all aspects of the options with the purchasing as well as sale of a property. We felt supported at all times. I cannot recommend Trish and her dedicated team enough.

This was my second home purchase with Tori. Tori was wonderful to work with – kind, personable, and extremely patient throughout the entire process. I always felt supported through her thoughtful guidance making a stressful process feel manageable. She made both selling my home and buying a new home a smooth experience, always available for questions and talk through things when I was feeling overwhelmed. Without question, I would recommend Tori and her team to anyone who is looking for a relator.

Wow!!! I cannot say enough about this team! My husband and I had been on a deep search for the ideal property for over a year. Tori went everywhere with us. She never tired when it came to showings. She was always prepared with the history and knowledge of every property we were interested in. She also had a keen sense of issues that could arise especially as it related to the property we purchased. It was a little complicated, but she and Trish rose to the occasion! The team looked out for our best interest from the start. Their communication skills are top-notch. We were so impressed by everything they do for their clients. Most of their reviews state that they go "above and beyond" and "exceeded our expectations". We are here to tell you we agree 100+ percent. As we always ended our conversations, emails and texts, I will end with this... THANKS TEAM!!!!!

We hired Tori and Trish last year after a difficult experience with another agent. We knew we needed a change, and I went into our first meeting with a very clear list of what we needed. I set high standards, and they took that challenge and hit the ground running. Their confidence was exactly what we needed, and they absolutely didn't let us down. They are everything they said they were: communicative, detailed, effective, responsive, and knowledgeable. Tori's outgoing and positive energy made every showing a great experience, and we really valued how she knew when to push back and ask us questions we hadn't considered. We could tell they genuinely love what they do. When we found the right house, Trish did her magic and our one and only offer with them was accepted. It was our first time working with them, and our last—we had our house! We truly believe we would never have gotten this home with our previous agent. This is the right house for us, and we know we can always reach out to Tori and Trish if we ever need anything.

Our experience with RAREnorthwest was absolutely outstanding! Tori, Trish, and Brandi are truly the dream team — professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated every step of the way. From start to finish, they made what can often feel like a stressful process smooth, exciting, and even enjoyable. Their level of detail, communication, and thoughtful strategy during our home-buying journey was second to none. Thanks to their guidance, we were able to secure an unbelievable deal on our very first investment property — something we honestly didn’t know was possible when we started. We are beyond grateful for their expertise and support, and we’ll be recommending RAREnorthwest to all of our friends and family for any future home purchases. If you’re looking for a team that goes above and beyond, this is the one to trust!

It was a pleasure working with Trish to sell my home. If I had to sell another home, I would use Rarenorthwest again, and I highly recommend them. They were professional, knowledgable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

I had such a great experience working with Tori, Trish and Brandi. Their communication was clear, consistent, and always timely, which made the entire home-buying process feel smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated their support and guidance every step of the way and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home!
