Julie is the best. Prompt follow-up, no detail missed, 100% professional throughout the process. Home sold in 2 days in a bad market. Thank you Julie!

Excellent overall. Everything felt professional and welcoming, with friendly service and a nice atmosphere. I left feeling like the visit was worth it.

Julie is awesome! I can't imagine a better person to work with. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful in explaining and arranging the necessary steps for buying/selling. Julie is very talented and an invaluable asset to Windermere.

Luke helped us sell our condo at Insignia, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. We received multiple cash offers and ultimately sold above asking. What really stood out was how well Luke understands the Belltown condo market. He knows what it takes to position and stage a condo properly, from the presentation and photography to the overall marketing strategy. He was also very focused on understanding our desired outcome and working with us to achieve it. What was especially refreshing was that Luke was never pushy. He didn’t try to underprice the condo simply to get a quick sale or take the easiest path. Instead, he was willing to invest the time, effort, and energy needed to reach our target price. He was extremely proactive and diligent throughout the process and personally paid attention to the details—from staging and photography to how the property was positioned in the market. His patience and willingness to put in the work made a real difference. If you’re selling a condo in Belltown, I would highly recommend Luke. He understands the market, has a strong eye for presentation, and, most importantly, genuinely works with you to achieve your goals.

We worked with Luke on three interrelated transactions - buying a condo in Insignia (Belltown), selling a single-family home in Beacon Hill, and selling a different condo in Insignia. Luke's professionalism and encyclopedic knowledge of Insignia and the condo market in the downtown Seattle core was invaluable. He was incredibly responsive, kept us appropriately informed, and arranged for various craftspeople that were necessary to prepare the properties we were selling. His network of professionals (from handymen to mortgage agents to escrow companies) was critical in managing and coordinating three complex and interrelated transactions with a much lower level of stress and aggravation than would otherwise have been the case. We cannot recommend Luke highly enough.

Julie and team helped us to work through a lot of details very easily. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Just closed on a deal with Petra as she was representing the buyers and I was representing the Sellers. Her communication skills were excellent and she was very quick to respond! It was such a pleasure working with her on a successful close in Tehaleh. Congratulations 🎉

We had the pleasure of working with Petra while we were buying our house this fall. She is hands down the best agent we have ever had the opportunity to work with, in four states. She is extremely knowledgeable, very prompt with communication, prioritizes and advocates for her clients, ensures any questions you might have are answered, and overall made the entire process almost flawless from start to finish.I don’t know if we will need an agent again in the future, but if we do, she will be the first and only agent we will call. 100% would enthusiastically recommend with zero hesitation. If you are needing a buyers agent, put her at the top of your list to call, you won’t be disappointed.

Mike made buying our first home fun and as low-stress as it could be. He is a go-getter and was very communicative and on the ball with showings and contacting sellers, arranging inspections and navigating the close of a VA loan in 15 days. He was available early AM hours and late night to help us prepare our offer. He is very sensible about houses, upgrades, and the market, etc. and we didn’t feel any pressure looking at home. We felt he really strived to get us into a home that we would love. If we ever sell our house we will be using him again.
