Tim is a great realtor. He has a good deal of knowledge and gave great advice throughout the process of selling our house. I have and would highly recommend him to anyone needing an agent.

Tim Lail is very knowledgeable and caring. The process of buying and selling a house can be very stressful. We've both bought and sold a home with Tim. Each time was as smooth and stress-free as he could possibly have made it. Prior transactions in other parts of the state with other realtors made us realize how great Tim is.

Tim was a pleasure to work with, very professional and sold my property fast. Would definitely recommend Coldwell!

Tim Lail is always good to work with. Very professional as well as knowledgable. I appreciate his time and effort. MKane
