I have worked with Tim on the sale of three properties. He's done a great job on all three sales, but this last one was particularly difficult. After receiving a quick offer at our asking price, we ran into significant issues during the buyer's inspection. The buyer canceled the contract and left us in a very difficult position. The issues raised in the inspection would have required very costly repairs and would have taken a very long time to complete. Tim worked hard to find a buyer who was willing to buy the property "as is" saving us from having to spend the time and the money on the repairs and allowing us to close on the sale of the property within just a few weeks of the original closing date.
