Tim was referred to me by my previous realtor who had retired. I am incredibly happy with all that he did to help us prepare and list our house. He was knowledgeable and made sure to let us know what the market conditions were. He made sure we knew what to expect. All of his advice was followed and we had an incredible offer that fell perfectly in line with what Tim had told us. He is a great Realtor and exactly who I will recommend whenever I hear someone is looking for representation!
