The Archuletta Team did it again!In 2017 Julia helped us purchase our home in Rancho Mission Viejo. She was able to negotiate our offer to beat out multiple buyers. Her communication was outstanding and her ability to guide us through the buying process made things a breeze. After we closed Julia kept in touch and was available whenever we had questions. Fast forward three years. Having a young family we realized the need for more space was quickly becoming a priority so naturally we reached to Julia. We had very specific “wants” and Julia listened. Sure enough the perfect property became available and just like our first experience Julia quickly negotiated our offer. This time around we needed to sell our current home. The Archuletta Team moved quickly to get our home on the market. Using the latest techniques to maximize exposure our property went into escrow almost immediately at the price we wanted/needed! Selling and buying a home at the same time can be extremely stressful however, Julia and her team made things a breeze. Her communication and forward thinking allowed us to coordinate a simultaneous close. The team’s transaction coordinator (Lisa) was always available to answer questions regarding paperwork. She made sure we stayed on track with all necessary paperwork and deadlines. We can’t thank The Archuletta Team enough and we will recommend them to anyone we come across who is even contemplating the sale or purchase of a home!!!

Dave Archuletta is down to earth,straight forward ,and goes out of his way to help. He is great on returning calls,during and after home sell. He kept his word on everything,i am very satisfed with Dave and the home owners!

Julia does an amazing job at creating videos and materials to share. She could improve her bi-directional communication for a new buyer / seller. In addition, a checklist and expectation setting and guidance could be improved.
