The Archuletta Team did it again!In 2017 Julia helped us purchase our home in Rancho Mission Viejo. She was able to negotiate our offer to beat out multiple buyers. Selling and buying a home at the same time can be extremely stressful however, Julia and her team made things a breeze. Her communication and forward thinking allowed us to coordinate a simultaneous close. The team’s transaction coordinator (Lisa) was always available to answer questions regarding paperwork. She made sure we stayed on track with all necessary paperwork and deadlines.
