Suzanne has the best contacts for anything you might need, and was able to help me prioritize timing and efficiency, but while also making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. And the cherry on top is that even after closing, she helped me to navigate local municipality nuisances and the inevitable post-closing hiccups.
