This is my second time utilizing Suzanne for our home needs and again she did not disappoint. She walked us through every step from from the first call when we were thinking of selling, and made herself available for questions through the closing on our house in another state. My husband and I experienced deep family loss during the process, and Suzanne's compassion was the world to us during this time. She ensured that she lightened every and any process she could. She told us months before listing what we could get on our house, what we needed to do to get that amount and she got it for us. I only wish we could have used her to purchase our home in the other state.
